We are seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to join our executive team. This role is a key leadership position, responsible for overseeing our company's entire financial strategy. You'll work closely with the CEO to drive business growth and financial performance.What You'll Do•Develop and execute financial strategies to meet company goals.•Lead the finance department, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.•Ensure accurate revenue recognition and expense management.•Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for growth and savings.•Manage M&A initiatives, from identifying targets to leading the acquisition process.•Collaborate with other executives on business initiatives and performance metrics.•Prepare and present financial reports to the board and other stakeholders.•Build and mentor a high-performing finance team.Who We're Looking For•An experienced CFO or senior financial manager, ideally with experience in the construction or scaffolding industry.•Someone with proven experience in M&A activities, including due diligence and integration.•A strong leader with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.•Proficiency in English is required, with native-level Japanese a must.________________________________________Why Join Us?This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's financial health and strategic direction.
