Process inward and outward mail daily. Provide clerical and secretarial support to the care home. Prioritises and completes word processing and spread sheeting tasks as assigned, including reports, letters, newsletters, statistical charts and graphs, and various documentation related to the day to day operation of the business. Maintain confidentiality of all information received. Maintain filing and database systems including archiving which promote easy access by authorised personnel.
