1 A NPD Engineer monitors all aspects of the production process.
2 To study that all the personnel and resources have been properly allocated
3 Process design of all manufacturing component manufactured
4 Existing Process sheet (WSS) modification, improvement to improve quality & reduce cost.
5 Proto model manufacturing
6 Engineering change request making & ECN implementation
7 Process trial & implementation.
8 Attending the shop issues & provide solution..
9 Prepare WSS & process setting, root cause analysis of the part failure
10 Process & fixture related issue solving at supplier
11 Jigs-Fixture design, manufacturing, proving, calibration, maintenance & improvement

Education & Relevant Experience: Mechanical/Production Engineering Graduate/Diploma
Competencies (business understanding): Knowledge and Skills (Functional Only)
1) Knowledge of Proto Assembly, BOM, Process Sheet, tool room management, Jigs
and cdevelopment
2) Knowledge of Different process, industrial engineering techniques.
3) Software Skills, AutoCad, Windows, 3D design software, SAP, PLM
4) Knowledge of inspection instrument & method
