Dann haben wir das Passende für Sie: Für ein innovatives Unternehmen im Gesundheitsbereich im Münchner Norden (Raum Freising) suchen wir ab sofort einen verlässlichen Office-Manager/in. Sie beginnen mit 25 Stunden pro Woche im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung. Geplant ist der nahtlose Übergang in eine Festanstellung beim Kunden – mit der konkreten Perspektive, Ihre Arbeitszeit bei Übernahme ganz flexibel auf 30 bis 35 Stunden aufzustocken.

experience
- Ausbildung & Praxis: Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung sowie mindestens 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Sachbearbeitung oder Büroorganisation.
- Fachwissen: Gute Kenntnisse im Rechnungswesen bzw. in der vorbereitenden Buchhaltung (DATEV-Kenntnisse sind für die spätere Übernahme von Vorteil).
- EDV-Anwendung: Routinierter Umgang mit den MS-Office-Anwendungen (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
- Sprache & Mobilität: Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1) sowie ein Führerschein der Klasse B. Englischkenntnisse werden nicht benötigt.
- Arbeitsweise: Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und verlässliche Arbeitsweise sowie Lernbereitschaft und hohe Motivation.
- Arbeitszeit & Präsenz: Verlässliche Büropräsenz vor Ort an 5 Tagen pro Woche für anfangs jeweils 5 Stunden (25 Std./Woche).
