My auditing industry client has a fantastic full time opportunity for an experienced Office Manager. Ideally you will have office experience overseeing a small team along with excellent communication and administration skills.
Your Responsibilities include:

- Managing a small team
- Working closely with the CEO
- Tending to situations escalated from the admin team
- Overseeing office processes as required
- Checking and responding to emails
- Checking and approving travel bookings
- Checking and looking over reports
- Creating bi-annual reports
- Following and checking tasks against checklists
- Submitting approvals for plans
- Liaising with clients in a professional manner
- Ad hoc administration tasks as required
Ideally you will have:
- The ability to work well with the team and autonomously
- Experience managing a small team within a fast paced office environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to think on your feet and be adaptable for different situations
- Great initiative and problem solving skills
- The ability to prioritise and multitask for efficient daily operations
- Strong attention to detail
