As an Office Receptionist some of your tasks may include:

• Data management & graph creation (use of excel)
• Gather & recording results (e.g. trainings)
• Prepare & sending emails
• Prepare presentations from data delivered
• Support in well-being actions
• Support in different projects (back-office support) 

• at least 2 years previous experience in a similar role (receptionist in a corporate environment or other administrative role)

• excellent time management skills
• ability to prioritize and multitask
• positive attitude and flexibility
• detail oriented and discreet
• team player

• University/College graduate
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills of the Greek and English language
