key responsibilities
- Operar, configurar e monitorizar o funcionamento da máquina de corte a laser.
- Abastecer o equipamento de forma segura com as chapas de matéria-prima.
- Programar e parametrizar a máquina de acordo com as especificações de cada projeto e lote de peças.
- Otimizar o plano de corte (nesting), distribuindo as peças de forma a garantir o aproveitamento máximo das dimensões da chapa e a redução de desperdício.
- Interpretar desenhos técnicos e realizar ajustes diretos e correções de projeto utilizando o software AutoCAD.
- Inspecionar as peças cortadas para garantir a qualidade do acabamento e a precisão das medidas.
skills
- 12º ano de escolaridade.
- Experiência prévia e comprovada na operação de máquinas de corte a laser.
- Conhecimentos sólidos e práticos de AutoCAD (capacidade de ler, interpretar e editar/ajustar ficheiros).
- Experiência na programação de máquinas e otimização de planos de corte.
- Perfil organizado, rigoroso e com sentido de responsabilidade.
