Como responsable único/a del office, tus funciones principales serán:-Planificación y elaboración de menús diarios, caseros y sencillos para un grupo de 15-20 comensales.-Gestión integral del servicio: control de stock de ingredientes, petición de materia prima y organización de la cocina.-Mantenimiento, limpieza e higiene del espacio de la cocina y los utensilios utilizados, garantizando el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad alimentaria.
