We are looking for flexible team members who can adapt to a rotational schedule. While the role will be mostly Days and Afternoons to start, candidates must be available for all three shifts:

đ Night: 11:00 PM â 7:30 AM

Responsibilities
As an Operational Technician, you are the heartbeat of our production floor. This is a dynamic, "hands-on" role where you combine mechanical skill with pharmaceutical precision.
What Youâll Be Doing:
Equipment Mastery: Operate, maintain, and fine-tune state-of-the-art process equipment to ensure peak performance.
Mechanical Leadership: Lead equipment changeovers and perform preventative/predictive maintenance to keep our facility running smoothly.
Quality Control: Ensure all packaging and production activities meet strict GMP, safety, and quality standards.
Technical Documentation: Use your eye for detail to complete production logs and even help write or revise SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for new processes.
Smart Technology: Utilize industry-standard software like SAP and IMS for daily computer-related tasks.
Troubleshooting: Act as a problem-solver by identifying and fixing equipment or process issues on the fly.
