Responsibilities
Data Management: Perform high-volume data entry and manage information within internal systems and ministry portals.
Claims Support: Assist with salvage recovery processes and provide operational support for various insurance claims and special projects.
Financial Reconciliation: Conduct regular reconciliation activities to ensure accuracy across accounts and transactions.
Process Execution: Execute specialized transactions in line with established guidelines, ensuring all work is completed accurately and on time.
Compliance & Risk: Adhere to enterprise frameworks, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Business Continuity Management, while maintaining strict confidentiality of customer data.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline service delivery and provide suggestions for process enhancements.
Qualifications
Experience: 0–2 years of experience in an office administration, data entry, or trade processing role.
Education: High School diploma required; Post-secondary education in a related field (Business, Data Analytics, Finance) is preferred.
Hard Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and Outlook.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to meet strict deadlines/SLAs.
Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to work independently within a team environment.
Nice-to-Have: Previous experience with reconciliation, data analytics, or knowledge of Money Market (MM) and Foreign Exchange (FX) products.
