Reporting to the Manager of Deposit Compliance Remediation, you will assist in updating missing customer information and conducting comprehensive account reviews. Your primary focus will be performing back-office administrative tasks to ensure all small business accounts meet strict compliance standards, contributing to a seamless and professional client experience.
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Until December 31, 2026 (with potential for extension and permanent conversion)
Location: Markham, Ontario (Hybrid – 4 days a week onsite)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, Core Business Hours (Overtime as needed)

Responsibilities
Account Review: Conduct meticulous reviews of customer files to identify discrepancies or missing data.
Compliance: Follow end-to-end procedures for Business Account compliance, ensuring all interactions and updates are documented accurately.
Data Accuracy: Prepare and complete documentation that precisely reflects client and business intentions.
Internal Collaboration: Interact with internal partners and navigate multiple software platforms to resolve account issues.
Policy Adherence: Maintain strict adherence to company policies and standards during all maintenance activities.
Qualifications
Experience: 1+ years of relevant work experience, ideally within Banking, Financial Services, or a Contact Center environment.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; specialized certifications are not required.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and experience with CRM tools.
Communication: Fluency in English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
Industry Knowledge (Nice-to-Have): A foundational understanding of KYC (Know Your Customer) or KYB (Know Your Business) requirements
Organization: Proven ability to manage a steady workload in a fast-paced environment.
Problem Solving: Ability to work through ambiguity to solve business problems and meet SLA-based performance targets.
Interpersonal: Strong skills in building rapport with internal teams and partners.
