Schedule: 37.5 hours/week Monday – Friday
Training: 5 days onsite for the first 3 months.

Responsibilities
Credit Fulfillment: Review complex credit documentation, program funds, and ensure timely disbursement for small business banking products.
SLA Management: Execute transactions and overrides accurately to meet strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Risk Mitigation: Identify and escalate operational issues, ensuring all activities adhere to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Business Continuity protocols.
Internal Collaboration: Act as a subject matter expert for internal partners, clarifying credit policies and security documentation requirements.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and contribute to change management projects.
Documentation: Prepare and review specialized reports including Fire Liability, Expiry Forecasts, and Securities Discharges.
Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years of experience in banking or financial services operations.
Education: Post-Secondary degree preferred.
Technical Skills: Strong typing speed and proficiency in navigating banking software.
Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive mindset. You should enjoy a routine-heavy environment where accuracy is paramount.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for internal huddles and partner coordination.
Language: French Bilingualism is considered a significant asset.
