Responsibilities
Estates Processing: Manage end-to-end processing of estate files, including specialized financial transactions and account updates.
Client Interaction: Act as a primary point of contact for estate representatives and family members, handling sensitive inquiries with extreme professionalism, empathy, and compassion.
Operational Effectiveness: Execute transactions accurately and on time to ensure business objectives and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
Problem Resolution: Utilize established resolution processes to handle customer issues, escalating to the Team Manager when necessary to ensure a "Legendary Customer Experience."
Data Integrity: Maintain 100% accuracy in a high-volume environment, adhering to strict productivity matrices and quality standards.
Qualifications
Education: Completion of a Post-Secondary Degree.
Communication & Empathy: Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to deal with sensitive matters (deceased estates) with compassion and emotional intelligence.
Technical Proficiency: Solid experience with MS Office Suite (Basic Excel, Outlook, and Word).
Efficiency: Proven ability to adhere to strict deadlines and manage high-volume workloads under SLA pressure.
Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and a "change agent" mindset—adapting quickly to evolving policies.
Bilingualism: Fluency in both English and French is a significant asset.
Industry Experience: Previous experience in Banking, Estates, Collections, or Accounting/Bookkeeping.
Operational Background: Prior experience in an Administrative or Operations Officer role.
