Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day administrative tasks in Oracle ERP, ensuring high data integrity across all inventory and transfer records.
- Create, track, and maintain transfer transactions accurately and efficiently to support seamless stock movement between facilities.
- Partner directly with local and regional Distribution center teams to gather required operational data, resolve stock discrepancies, and verify transfer details.
- Collaborate closely with the Transportation team to align system inputs with physical shipping schedules (note: does not include direct transportation planning or route execution).
- Identify, investigate, and resolve system-related errors in a timely manner.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring transparent updates and prompt task completion in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience navigating and processing transactions within Oracle ERP (EBS, SCM, or Oracle Cloud/Fusion).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English: You will be required to communicate with English-speaking [clients/partners/employees] located outside Quebec on a daily basis.
- Proven track record of managing inventory transfers, material movements, or transfer orders.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data reconciliation).
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining accurate data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, customer-service mindset.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and solve problems proactively.
