Base Rate to Candidate: (up to) $1,000 per day depending on experience

About the role:
This role will work closely to design a detailed structure to support the implementation of the target state operating model for IT. They are looking for someone who is able to lead organisation design work package with limited direction and supervision.

What the role will involve:

• Lead the detailed organisational design of team structures that align with business goals and enable the efficient operation of platform and value streams. This includes defining the detailed team structures, clarifying roles and responsibilities, establishing clear accountability, and facilitating a smooth transition to the new organisational design.
• Lead the development of role profiles, RACI s and interaction models for all functions in the new structure.
• Ensure organisational design aligns with the overall technology strategy and supports smooth transition to operational teams.
• Collaborate with other workstreams to ensure integration and alignment with broader program objectives and strategies.

Key skills and experience:

• Significant organisation design experience, including leading the development of detailed design
• Working within the IT environment would be a great benefit
• Experience working with Senior Stakeholders
• Significant experience running workshops to SME to enable organisation design development
• Experienced org design practitioner with 5 to 10 years’ experience
• Working within complex operating model environment
• Ability to work within a highly dynamic fast paced environment
