Drive change management: Lead communication and transformation initiatives focused on digitalization and decarbonization.
Optimize processes: Run lean and simplification projects to boost efficiency, leveraging AI-driven improvements where possible.
Facilitate leadership workshops: Organize and moderate workshops for regional and functional management to strengthen cross-functional collaboration.
Execute strategic roadmaps: Co-develop and deliver transformation roadmaps and communication strategies with key stakeholders.
Enhance team branding: Partner with marketing and communications to elevate the team's external positioning.
Foster cultural change: Champion behavioral and cultural shifts in partnership with an established network of change agents.
Elvárások / Requirements
Degree: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years of experience, preferably in the energy, industrial, or high-tech sectors.
Expertise: Proven success in Lean, Agile, transformation, and change management (relevant certifications are a plus).
Professional Presence: Strong business acumen, persuasive communication, and a confident demeanor.
Execution: Highly organized team player able to prioritize, multi-task, and meet tight deadlines.
Communication: Excellent English presentation, moderation, and writing skills (German is a plus).
