Our client is a high growth Fintech hiring for an Outsourcing Lead to provide accountability for all outsourcing arrangements, including due diligence, timely register maintenance and updates, performance management, escalations, regulatory reporting, and audit readiness.
about the job
- Ensure the firm’s Business Continuity Plan (BCP) aligns with the outsourcing policy
- Conduct and document regular BCP testing and scenario exercises, and implement effective control measures as well as escalate any potential conflicts of interest
- Implement and maintain the Incident Management and Reporting Framework in accordance with FSM-N13 (Technology Risk Management) and FSM-N14 (Cyber Hygiene). This includes the identification, investigation, and escalation of operational incidents, system outages, or data breaches, etc. and ensure timely reporting to regulators of reportable incidents
- Lead the vendor risk assessment workflow for onboarding, renewal, and ongoing review
- Ensure completeness and audit-ready documentation for all outsourcing arrangements (e.g., contracts, SLAs, risk assessments, monitoring evidence)
skills and experience required
- Strong knowledge of MAS Outsourcing Guidelines, Payment Services Act (PSA), and related notices such as Technology Risk Management (TRM) and Business Continuity Management (BCM).
- Proven experience building or executing control frameworks for vendor or outsourcing risk.
- Ability to manage onboarding, due diligence, contracting, monitoring, and offboarding end-to-end.
- Skilled at creating dashboards, RAG (Red, Amber, Green) ratings, and performance reports.
- Experienced in managing internal/external audits and preparing regulatory evidence.
- Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, structure deliverables, and coordinate across Legal, Compliance, and Operations.
