Handling parts: Hanging raw parts onto the transport line and removing finished parts after painting.
Preparatory work: Performing essential preparations, such as carefully masking non-paintable areas and steam-cleaning chassis.
Specialized painting: After the initial training period, accurately applying liquid paint to parts using a spray gun (wet coating).
Maintenance: Actively contributing to the maintenance and cleanliness of the spray booth and work environment.
Quality and Safety: Continuously monitoring the quality of the finish and strictly following all safety regulations.
Experience: Minimum of one year of demonstrable experience as a (wet) painter, spray painter, or industrial painter in an industrial setting.
Team Player: Strong focus on collaboration, shared tasks, and proactively helping each other on the painting line.
Hands-on Mentality: Willingness to perform all tasks in the paint shop, from hanging/removing parts to steam-cleaning and preparation.
Eye for Detail: Great focus on safety and quality throughout all stages of work.
Languages: Fluent in English (required). Knowledge of Dutch is a strong plus.
Flexibility: Willingness to work in a two-shift system.
