The Work
As part of the Facilities Management team, you’ll be responsible for the upkeep and presentation of the precinct’s infrastructure. This is varied maintenance work across a complex campus.
Internal and external painting and maintenance of hospital buildings.
Surface preparation, including filling, sanding, and priming.
Working within a clinical environment while adhering to strict hygiene and safety protocols.
Ensuring all work hits strict health, safety, and government standards.
Coordinating with other trades to ensure minimal disruption to patient care.
What You Need
We are looking for a reliable professional who takes pride in a high-quality finish and understands the requirements of a busy hospital environment.
Trade Qualified: Cert III in Painting and Decorating.
Safety: Valid Construction Induction (White Card).
Experience: Proven experience in commercial or large-scale maintenance painting.
Compliance: Ability to pass a Police Check and provide vaccination records (standard for hospital sites).
Rights: Full Australian Working Rights.
