key responsibilities
As a Paintshop Coordinator your main responsibilities are:
- Provide daily guidance to Paintshop staff, supporting their training, development, and shift schedule.
- Monitor metal powder coating and chemical pre-treatment phases.
- Maintain 100% alignment with environmental, health, and quality protocols.
- Safely handle and top off acid/liquid chemical solutions.
- Conduct product measurements and provide operational data to supervisors.
experience
3+ years of professional experience in metal powder coating or industrial production.

- Strong organizational skills with expertise in managing teams and multiple tasks
- Dynamic personality
- Decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Adaptability
- Effective time management and project coordination skills
qualifications
- University degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar technical discipline.
- 3+ years of professional experience in metal powder coating or industrial production.
- Proactive team player with top-tier coordination skills.
- Advanced MS Office & ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Advanced, professional English proficiency.
- Ability to adapt to a rotating shift structure.
