part-time marketing coordinator – france (20h/week).

Your Mission: Content, Connection, & Conversion

This is the opportunity to accelerate the development of your digital marketing skills.

You will:

• Social Media Management (Your Priority): You will be the driving force behind our French social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube). You create, plan, and manage posts that will exponentially increase our brand visibility.
• Write Impactful Content: You design and edit high-quality content for social media and email campaigns, ensuring the unique, professional 'company tone of voice' is maintained.
• Capture Customer Stories: You interview our French customers to document their success stories. You coordinate the creation of new French-language case studies and testimonial videos.
• Lead Generation: You are the first point of contact for incoming leads via HubSpot. You pre-qualify these leads, ask the right discovery questions, and perfectly prepare them for a handover to the Sales Managers.
• Networking & Events: You assist with the organization and participation in trade shows, open houses, and demonstrations in the French region.
• Language Skills: You translate marketing materials (flyers, brochures, technical sheets) from English to French for our teams and customers.

• Education & Experience: You hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, and have gained at least 1 year of relevant experience (internship or first job).
• Experience or strong interest in B2B industrial relationships is an asset.
• Language Requirements (Essential): You must speak and write Fluent French and English for daily coordination with the Global Marketing Team.
• Digital Skills: You are completely at home with LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram for business use. Knowledge of HubSpot or a similar CRM is a major plus that will immediately make you stand out.
• Writing Talent: Strong aptitude for copywriting with perfect French spelling and grammar..
• Mindset: You are eager to learn, work accurately, and the Ability to work autonomously while staying connected to the French and Global teams.
• You are looking for a part-time position: working 4h/day in the morning from Monday till Friday.
