Position: Min 6 months with a view of ongoing work
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am -4pm
Salary: $38-$43 per hour + super
Your primary focus will be the integrity of our payroll data, ensuring that every entry is precise and every report is verified.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Accurately entering data from various payroll reports into the clients systems.
- Cross-checking payroll information against source documents to ensure accuracy.
- Identifying discrepancies or errors and promptly alerting the payroll team for resolution.
- Assisting with the manual checking of time sheets and attendance records.
- General administrative support to the team as required.
What We're Looking For
We need a methodical worker who enjoys "spotting the mistake" and takes pride in their work quality.
- Previous experience in data entry, administration, or a junior payroll capacity.
- Ability to communicate clearly to report errors and collaborate with the team.
- Comfortable picking up new software and proficient in basic Microsoft Excel.
- Understanding of multiple awards and EBA will be highly regarded
