Managing payroll in an international school requires a unique touch of balancing local labour laws with local/international compensation, diverse tax structures, and international benefit packages. key responsibilities
End-to-End Payroll: Execute monthly payroll processing from start to finish, ensuring compliance with local statutory regulations, tax obligations, and school policies.

International & Local Compensation Management: Handle complex salary structures involving multi-currency elements, housing allowances, flight entitlements, tuition fee waivers, and international health insurance.

Statutory Compliance: Manage all necessary deductions and filings
