Location: Cambridge (Fully Onsite)
Rate of Pay: $32.00 - $35.00/hr
Job Type: 6-Month Contract

Responsibilities
• Processing full-cycle payroll for a diverse workforce, including complex unionized and non-unionized employee groups.
• Interpreting and applying collective bargaining agreements to ensure accurate wage scales, premiums, and seniority-based pay.
• Managing the accurate collection and timely remittance of union dues, health and welfare reports, and pension contributions.
• Executing payroll within ADP Workforce Now (WFN), ensuring all data entry for new hires, terminations, and salary changes is precise.
• Responding to employee and union representative inquiries regarding pay, benefits, and deductions in a professional manner.
Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Payroll Specialist, specifically within the Engineering or Construction industries.
• Advanced proficiency in ADP Workforce Now (WFN) and a strong grasp of unionized payroll complexities.
• Thorough knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation, employment standards, and WSIB compliance.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fully onsite office environment.
