key responsibilities
Votre mission
Sur une toute nouvelle ligne de production de peinture ultra-moderne, vous gérez le processus :
- Préparation & Manutention : Chargement/accrochage des pièces, grenaillage automatique et manutention quotidienne (tri, stockage).
- Application : Projection électrostatique de peinture poudre (thermolaquage) et/ou liquide.
- Cuisson & Qualité : Suivi de la polymérisation au four (180-200°C) et contrôle qualité (épaisseur, adhérence).
qualifications
Votre profil
- Expérience de minimum 3 ans en peinture industrielle (poudre et/ou liquide).
- Maîtrise du process (grenaillage, réglage des pistolets, cuisson) et sensibilité aux normes ATEX.
- Horaires : Démarrage en jour, puis passage en pauses (6h-14h / 14h-22h) avec roulement équitable.
- Flexibilité : Prêt(e) à naviguer entre Bouffioulx et Courcelles au début.
