About the RoleWe are seeking a confident and strategic Performance Marketing Manager to champion the B2B digital acquisition and retention strategies. In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-level strategic planning and end-to-end, hands-on execution. You will navigate budget constraints creatively, leverage advanced technologies (including AI tools), and analyze campaign data to consistently drive qualified leads. As the company scales, this role offers the future opportunity to build and mentor a junior digital marketing executive, moving from an individual contributor into a team leader.
Key Responsibilities- Design and execute integrated performance marketing strategies to accelerate B2B lead generation, customer acquisition, conversion rates, retention, and overall business growth.
- Oversee the full campaign lifecycle, from strategic planning and media planning to hands-on optimisation of paid search, display advertising, and other digital and offline marketing channels.
- Analyse campaign performance using data analytics, marketing metrics, and AI-powered tools to identify trends, automate lead management processes, and drive continuous campaign improvements.
- Plan and execute A/B and multivariate testing to improve campaign effectiveness, optimise Cost per Acquisition (CPA), and maximise return on marketing investment (ROI).
- Manage and optimise advertising budgets across multiple channels, making data-driven recommendations to improve campaign efficiency and spending allocation.
- Work closely with external agencies and media partners to ensure the successful delivery of creative assets, campaign execution, and performance objectives.
- Utilise Salesforce and CRM platforms to monitor lead pipelines, campaign effectiveness, customer acquisition costs, and overall marketing performance.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across sales, business development, analytics, and creative teams to deliver integrated marketing initiatives spanning SEO, SEM, paid media, and marketing automation.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, influencing decision-making and providing strategic marketing recommendations to support business objectives.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports, actionable insights, and campaign recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders to support continuous business growth.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in performance marketing, with a strong background in B2B digital marketing, campaign optimisation, and full-funnel campaign management.
- Hands-on practitioner with the ability to independently execute, monitor, and optimise campaigns on a daily basis, beyond strategic planning.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP, or similar systems to manage leads, customer journeys, and campaign performance.
- Strong working knowledge of digital advertising platforms and analytics tools, including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or equivalent. Relevant certifications are an added advantage.
- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools for campaign optimisation, marketing automation, lead generation, and performance analysis is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with the confidence to engage cross-functional teams and provide strategic recommendations.
- Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with the flexibility to support urgent campaign launches or business priorities when required.
- Professional proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred to support communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and regional teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently.
