We are seeking a proactive and driven FMCG Sales Representative to join our team on a contractual basis in Ludhiana, Punjab, India. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in fast-moving consumer goods sales and a proven track record of success in driving revenue and building client relationships.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives within the FMCG sector.
- Identify and acquire new customers by prospecting and lead generation.
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Present and sell company products and services to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance product offerings.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular performance reports.
- Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge and best practices in FMCG sales.
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 10 years of experience in FMCG sales.
- Proven experience in sales, particularly within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Ludhiana, Punjab, India.
