As a Varnish Applier/Surface Treatment Specialist, your main responsibilities include:

• Preparation Work: Hanging pieces on the paint line and correctly removing them after the coating process.
• Cleaning: Thoroughly steaming and degreasing chassis to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
• Masking: Accurately masking off parts that should not be sprayed.
• Coating Application: After a training period: expertly spray painting (wet painting) various components to the highest quality standards.
• Maintenance: Performing daily maintenance on the paint booth and the equipment used.

To be successful as a Spray Painter/Finisher on our team, you bring the following:

Education and Experience:

• A minimum of one year of relevant work experience as a (Wet) Painter or Industrial Coater in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with the preparation and finishing of metal parts.
