You will be responsible for the technical review and approval of hull structural designs, leveraging your FEM analysis skills. You'll provide technical support to ship designers, collaborate with the business development team, and contribute to strengthening our client's position in the Japanese market. Requirements
・Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture or a related field.
・Minimum 3 years of experience in hull plan approval or structural design within the shipbuilding industry.
・Proven expertise in FEM analysis techniques.
・Experience working with Japanese shipbuilders is a plus.
・Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
・Fluency in Japanese and English (both written and spoken).
・Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
・Results-oriented and detail-focused approach to work.
・Adaptable and proactive problem-solving skills.
・Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
