We are seeking an experienced Front-End Loader Operator to join a close-knit, high-performing concrete team based around Caloundra and the broader Sunshine Coast region.
If you have your loader ticket and want more than just a seat-holding job, this role offers full, paid training to step up into a Concrete Batching position.

What You’ll Do
- Safely operate front-end loaders to move raw materials (aggregates, sand) into hoppers and bins.
- Perform daily machine pre-starts, routine maintenance, and keep the yard clean and safe.
- Learn the concrete production process from the ground up, shadowing senior operators.
- Step up into batching operations, managing plant technology, mix designs, and driver dispatch as you train.
What You Need
- Licence: Current Front-End Loader Ticket (LL / RIIMPO304E or equivalent).
- Driver Licence: HR (Heavy Rigid) licence is highly regarded (or C-class minimum).
- Experience: Proven experience operating loaders in quarry, concrete, civil, or heavy industrial yards.
- Attitude: Reliable, safety-focused, and eager to learn the batching side of the business.
- Rights: Full working rights in Australia.
