Duties:
- Operate heavy gear like dozers, scrapers, compactors, excavators, and loaders across active civil job sites.
- Bulk earthworks, shifting dirt, cutting ground, and compacting site materials to specified project levels.
- Read basic site plans, follow survey pegs, and take direction from site foremen and supervisors.
- Run daily pre-starts on equipment, log machine hours, and report mechanical issues right away.
- Follow all site safety rules, look out for your mates, and keep traffic running safely.
Skills & Experience:
- Valid RII machine tickets for Dozers, Scrapers, Compactors, Excavators, or Loaders.
- Solid experience pushing dirt and running heavy equipment on active earth moving or civil job sites.
- Ability to follow site plans, work safely around other machines, and get the job done right.
- A practical, safety-first attitude with strong reliability and a hard-working mindset.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment and regular drug and alcohol screens.
