key responsibilities
- Het ophangen en afhalen van metalen onderstellen aan een bewegende ketting die door de poederlakcabine loopt. Dit is geen traditioneel bandwerk, maar de ketting blijft wel continu draaien, dus het is van belang dat deze steeds goed gevuld is.
- Naast het ophangen en afhalen, help je ook bij het monteren en verpakken van onderdelen binnen de afdeling.
qualifications
- Een goede fysieke conditie is noodzakelijk. Hoewel de onderdelen niet zwaar zijn, ben je voortdurend in beweging. Een langer en fysiek sterker persoon heeft in deze functie een voordeel.
- Je werkt graag in teamverband en beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden om duidelijke instructies door te geven aan collega’s. Een uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands (inclusief dialect) is een vereiste.
- Je woont in de buurt en beschikt over eigen vervoer, aangezien het openbaar vervoer beperkt is.
- De opleiding vindt plaats tijdens daguren, maar je zult uiteindelijk in een vaste vroege ploeg werken van 5u tot 13u.
