Role & Responsibilities:
Manage production control activities to reduce outages and incidents.
Manage production planning and schedule releasing for on-time delivery.
Monthly Sales forecast arriving
AL, DICV, CAT Customer portal Daily, monthly plan download and release
Recommend process improvements for high quality, cost effectiveness and excellent customer services.
Evaluate system performance and recommend improvements.
Receive and answer emergency and non-emergency calls.
Proactively address problems and suggest solutions.
Receive and dispatch orders.
Assess situation and prioritize calls,
Daily file updating of Plan vs Actual sales
Move Order Transactions in Oracle software or equivalent one.
Lead Team of people for packing, Loading for dispatch to customer.
Manage FG stock & BOM verification.
Prime responsible for delivery score management from all customers.
Good analytical skill in inventory management.
Must have experience in Customer window time adherence.
Good hands-on experience with Ashok Leyland, Daimler & CAT customers.
