Our client is seeking a dedicated Foundation (Prep) Teacher to join their vibrant primary school community in the Werribee region. Starting at the beginning of Term 2, 2026, this full-time role is perfect for a teacher who is passionate about the early years and committed to providing a personalized learning experience for every student.
You will join a school that prides itself on being Respectful, Safe, and Responsible, where the focus is on unlocking the full potential of every child, regardless of their background or talent.
Personalized Learning: Deliver high-quality, evidence-based instruction in Literacy and Numeracy, tailored to the individual needs of Foundation students.
Social-Emotional Wellbeing: Implement Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) strategies to help our youngest learners feel safe and connected.
Collaborative Planning: Work closely with a supportive Professional Learning Community (PLC) to plan and assess using the Victorian Curriculum.
Community Engagement: Build strong, positive relationships with families and our diverse community to support student transitions and success.
Inclusive Culture: Be part of a "Supported Inclusion" environment that values diversity and removes barriers to learning.
Wellbeing Focused: Benefit from a school-wide commitment to SWPBS (School-Wide Positive Behavior Support).
Modern Pedagogy: Engage with a whole-school instructional model that prioritizes student growth and engagement.
Professional Growth: Access ongoing professional development within a collaborative and welcoming staff team.
