Status: Temporary "On-Call" mandate (High availability required for May, June, and July)
Start Date: May 7, 2026
Location: 100% On-site – Sherbrooke
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM (Closed 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM for lunch)
Salary: $25 to $27 / hour
Training: One full day of job shadowing included to ensure your success

Responsibilities
Receive members and private wealth clients with impeccable courtesy and a professional demeanor.
Notify advisors of their appointments' arrival and ensure seamless follow-ups using Microsoft Teams and Office tools.
Prepare and serve beverages; ensure client comfort and maintain a serene atmosphere during their wait.
Prepare meeting rooms, ensuring cleanliness and verifying that audiovisual equipment is functional before every appointment.
Handle incoming mail and packages with diligence.
Maintain the impeccable appearance and prestige of the common areas.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills and a very polished professional presentation.
Intermediate English proficiency. This role requires English proficiency to serve our national/international clientele and collaborate with stakeholders outside of Quebec.
Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and the MS Office suite.
Previous experience in high-end customer service (luxury hospitality, corporate reception, or VIP lounges).
High level of discretion, autonomy, and natural interpersonal skills.
Must be fully available for "on-call" shifts throughout May, June, and July.
