Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons in line with the provided plans.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a conducive learning environment.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Provide feedback on student progress to the regular class teacher.
- Build positive relationships with students and staff, fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage One (KS1) & Key Stage Two (KS2) curriculum.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in various school settings.
- Enhanced DBS check (we can assist if you don't already have one) and eligibility to work in the UK.
