Our client is seeking an exceptional Year 3 or Year 4 Class Teacher to join one of their vibrant primary schools in Braintree.
This is a full-responsibility role where you will play a pivotal part in the academic and social development of our pupils during the crucial final term of the academic year.
Key Responsibilities
- Teaching & Learning: Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons that meet the varying needs of all pupils.
- Assessment: Integrate formative and summative assessments into planning and provide detailed reports on pupil attainment to parents and senior leadership.
- Environment: Create a stimulating, organised, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes the school's core values.
- Collaboration: Work constructively with teaching and non-teaching staff, lead and direct classroom support staff, and participate in the wider life of the Partnership.
- Behaviour: Maintain high standards of discipline and "good order" in accordance with the school's behaviour policy.
The Successful Candidate Will Have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a strong understanding of the National Curriculum for Lower Key Stage 2.
- Exceptional Communication: The ability to build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and external specialists.
- Professionalism: A proactive, punctual, and dependable approach, with meticulous attention to detail in record-keeping and GDPR compliance.
- Resilience: The ability to work under pressure and prioritise a busy workload during the summer term.
