key responsibilities
- Lead the administration of the PPM tool, including user training, dashboard improvements, and data correctness
- Ensure every project is correctly documented and followed throughout its entire lifecycle
- Guide resource planning activities and transition the organization from capacity planning to continuous resource follow-up
- Identify opportunities to increase EDC efficiency and support R&D departments in meeting Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) targets
- Define concrete solutions, sell them to stakeholders, and manage the implementation
qualifications
- Master’s degree in Data Science, Commercial Engineering, Business Administration, or Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in an engineering or technical environment.
- Proficient in Power BI (required). Knowledge of PLM/PPM systems and Project Management methodologies is preferred.
- Strategic thinker who can balance the big picture with analytical details. You question the status quo.
- Excellent English skills and the ability to report complex data clearly to both peers and management.
