 Oversee creation, close/cancel or amendment of PO and collaborate with finance on PO/invoice management.
 Administer contract creation, review, renewal, and amendment processes in coordination with global legal and compliance teams.
 Own and govern the vendor onboarding process, ensuring due diligence, risk assessments, and adherence to compliance requirements.
 Maintain and ensure the integrity of vendor master data, implementing controls and serve as the escalation point for supplier queries, disputes, and performance issues, ensuring prompt resolution and relationship stability.
