Develop, mentor, retain a high performing team while supporting training and capability building to strengthen operational maturity and enhance performance effectiveness Deep understanding of end-to-end procurement and sourcing operations within a global or shared services setup.
Strong expertise in RFx management, contract lifecycle administration, and supplier relationship management, vendor performance management using relevant frameworks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capability to leverage data for decision-making and insights.
High proficiency with ERP and procurement tools along with data analytics tools
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to influence at multiple organizational levels.
Effective negotiation, communication, and presentation capabilities.
Demonstrated track record of process optimization, cost savings, and operational efficiency improvement.
Deep understanding of procurement compliance, risk management, and audit controls.
Adaptability to work in a dynamic, multi-geography, and cross-functional environment.
