Qualifications- Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration,Engineering, or a related discipline.- Interest in procurement, strategic sourcing, MRO purchasing, maintenanceservices, or industrial supply chain management.- Understanding of manufacturing environments, maintenance operations, andindustrial procurement practices.- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.- Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving capabilities.- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and procurement tools.- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams andmultiple manufacturing locations.Preferred Qualifications- Experience sourcing MRO materials, spare parts, industrial services, andtechnical equipment.- Experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, MRO purchasing, maintenanceservices, or industrial supply chain management.- Experience working in manufacturing environments, Industrial maintenance oroperations.- Previous exposure to CapEx procurement, engineering projects, contractormanagement, and project sourcing is considered a strong advantage.Language Requirements- Fluent English is required.- Additional European language skills, particularly French, German, or Finnish,are considered a strong advantage and will support effective collaboration acrossmanufacturing sites and supplier networks within the EMEA region.Success Profile- Strong commercial and negotiation skills.- Strategic thinker with a continuous improvement mindset.Internal- Ability to balance operational priorities with long-term value creation.- Results-oriented, with a proven track record of delivering savings and productivityimprovements.- Effective communicator capable of partnering with Maintenance, Reliability,Engineering, Operations, and Procurement leadership.- Proactive, collaborative, and customer-focused approach.
