key responsibilities
- je bewaakt de dagelijkse productieplanning, stemt capaciteit en middelen af en bewaart het overzicht bij uitdagingen.
- je stuurt op KPI's, vertaalt data naar verbeteracties en trekt projecten rond efficiëntie, kwaliteit, veiligheid en kosten.
- je coacht coördinatoren, stimuleert eigenaarschap en bouwt aan een cultuur van vertrouwen, respect en verantwoordelijkheid.
- je borgt de normen voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en dierenwelzijn en zorgt voor een strakke, schone werkomgeving.
- je bent de brug tussen productie, technische dienst, logistiek, kwaliteit en sales om samen de bedrijfsdoelen te realiseren.
qualifications
- Ruime leidinggevende ervaring binnen een productieomgeving
- Een hands-on mentaliteit gecombineerd met een sterke organisatorische en analytische blik.
- Uitgesproken aandacht en oog voor kwaliteit en veiligheid
