Who you are

As a production worker, it is important that you meet the following requirements:

• You speak Dutch, English, or German
• You are willing to work rotating shifts on varying days
• You are available for night shifts when needed
• You are physically able to stand for the entire shift and perform repetitive tasks
• You have your own accommodation
• You have your own transportation to work in Beugen
• You are available for a longer period

What will you do

As a production employee at Mola, you work at a steady pace on the production line. Your tasks include
replenishing and checking products, such as blocks of butter or bags of sugar, and ensuring that everything runs
smoothly on the line. Additionally, you contribute to a clean work environment. You don't mind getting your hands
dirty and if there is a malfunction, you take initiative and quickly look for a solution.
