The Roster & Environment
These positions are based on a rotating roster (Day and Afternoon).
Successful candidates will be placed in either the Green Mill (initial processing) or the Dry Mill (finishing and quality grading).
Key Responsibilities
Machinery Operation: Monitor and operate advanced industrial equipment and production lines.
Quality Control: Maintain high standards to ensure all finished products meet strict specifications.
Workplace Safety: Actively participate in safety protocols, hazard identification, and team briefings.
Operational Flow: Work collaboratively with your crew to meet production targets and maintain a clean, efficient site.
What We Are Looking For
Reliability: You are a dependable professional who understands the importance of showing up for your team.
Safety Awareness: A proactive mindset regarding your own safety and the safety of those around you.
Industrial Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing, logistics, or heavy industry is highly regarded.
Certifications: A Forklift (LF) ticket is highly advantageous but not essential for all roles.
Fitness: The ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, physical industrial environment.
