As a Production Operator at Philips you have to be a good team player. You are reliable with an eye for detail. You enjoy doing physical hard work. Furthermore, you recognize yourself in the following:
- You ideally have some experience as an operator, maybe in process technology;
- You feel comfortable speaking English;
- You recognize yourself in having an eye for detail and you enjoy working with machines;
- You are comfortable doing standing and physical work;
- You enjoy working together with colleagues and helping out where needed.
Grids are special metal plates placed in X-ray machines to ensure images are clear. As a Production Operator you are a crucial team member in the Grids department.
- You place materials (like lead strips and glue) into the machine and help set it up;
- You keep an eye on multiple machines at the same time to ensure the production runs smoothly;
- There is plenty of variety in your day as a Production Operator.
You will join the Grids department which is a welcoming team of about 14 colleagues. It is a clean production environment where we value quality. To help you start as a Production Operator, you will follow an onboarding program. A mentor will guide you until you are fully certified.
