... - A minimum Technical High School degree is required; a college degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in the server or computer hardware industry is preferred.
- Basic mechanical knowledge is essential. Proven experience with mechanical assembly, cable routing, and quality standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Familiarity with testing and inspection of computer or electronic components.
- Ability to comprehend spoken and written English.
- Solid understanding of server rack integration/assembly is a plus.
- Knowledge of Lean management is a plus.
what will you do
This role focuses on optimizing production processes, troubleshooting equipment issues, and driving operational excellence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and high-quality output in our production environment.
- Organizing workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
- Managing scheduling control and ensuring adherence to production timelines.
- Maintaining material control and implementing quality control measures throughout the production process.
- Overseeing and coaching production employees and team leaders.
- Identifying production inefficiencies and suggesting actionable improvements.
- Enforcing strict safety guidelines and adherence to company standards.
