The responsibilities of the Production Supervisor will be:

• Organizing and supervising the entire production process to ensure efficiency and high quality.
• Managing and coordinating the production personnel, fostering a productive and safe working environment.
•  Overseeing the stocks of raw materials and spare parts to ensure uninterrupted production flow.
• Implementing new technologies and methodologies to streamline the manufacturing and project management phases.
• Monitoring daily operations and intervening when necessary to resolve technical or organizational issues.

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within an industrial or manufacturing environmen

• Strong leadership qualities
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Proven ability in problem-solving.

• University or Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within an industrial or manufacturing environment (experience in metal structures or air duct manufacturing is highly preferred).
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Solidworks (or other 3D design software).
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Valid driver’s license.
