About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, physically fit Labourer / Productions worker / Assembler to join our busy workshop team. In this hands-on role, you will build, assemble, and prepare high-quality marine pontoons.

Key Responsibilities
- Assembling modular pontoon frames, floats, and decking in accordance with specifications.
- Operating hand and power tools safely (drills, impact drivers, grinders, saws).
- Measuring, cutting, and fitting materials accurately.
- Assisting with material handling, loading/unloading, and yard organisation.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workshop environment.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience using basic hand and power tools safely and accurately.
- Ability to handle heavy lifting, bending, and manual labour throughout the shift.
- Punctual, reliable, and possessing a strong commitment to quality and workshop safety.
What We Offer
