As a production worker, you will perform many different tasks. You will work in a team of 5 to 7 colleagues at a time, and together you are responsible for the results. During your onboarding and training period, you will work closely with your working foreman, who will explain all the tasks to you. You will be involved in the entire production process. This high-tech company in De Kempen manufactures incredibly strong and lightweight components. Instead of metal, they use plastic reinforced with fiberglass or carbon fiber (composite). In the factory, they manufacture these products by injecting liquid plastic into a closed mold and bonding the parts together.
