As the Program Development Manager, your focus will be on the planning, execution, and governance of the program development process.
- Lead Development: Drive program development activities and deliver baselines according to the Engineering Management Plan and QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) commitments.
- Project Governance: Prepare and maintain the Engineering Management Plan, addressing design strategy, RAM (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability), and Cybersecurity.
- Technical Interface: Serve as the primary technical interface for the program, coordinating with System Architects and supporting users regarding program needs and definitions.
- Configuration Management: Manage program items together with the Configuration Manager, leading CCBs (Change Control Boards) and validating hardware evolutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Organize the capture of "Return of Experience" (REX) to improve engineering organization, strategies, and processes.
