Key Responsibilities:
1) Financial oversight:
- Responsible for calculating project costs, managing financial bookings, including processing payments, and overseeing budget adjustments and project amendments, while ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive financial data.
2) Time tracking & reporting:
- Oversee and support time reporting processes, ensuring accurate and timely submission of time logs, and consolidating this data for various reporting needs.
3) Reporting and compliance:
- Prepare, consolidate, and submit periodic reports to funding bodies, ensuring adherence to all reporting requirements.
4) Data consolidation & automation:
- Extract, consolidate, and analyze data from various systems to support internal reporting, operational insights, and decision-making. Implement automation for some of these data consolidation processes.
5) Documentation:
- Maintain and update central information databases with project and contact information, serving as a central reference point for operational procedures.
6) Coordination:
- Act as a key point of contact for financial and administrative-related inquiries, facilitating effective communication and coordination across teams.
